Shipping policy

Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. Shipping is charged on an orders volumetric weight/size.

Please allow 2 weeks for custom handmade banners as these are made to order. If a handmade banner is purchased along with other items they will all be shipped together once the banner is completed.

Courier Information

Orders are dispatched on Mondays (excluding public holidays) and Thursdays. Standard delivery times are 1-2 working days in the Auckland region or 3-5 working days (outside of Auckland). 

Parcels will require a signature on delivery for security. Delivery address needs to be a physical address as we cannot delivery to a PO Box address.

International Shipping is Available on Request 

If you live outside of New Zealand and want to make a purchase from Brave Creative please email hello@bravecreative.co.nz for a shipping quote. 

Gift Wrapping is FREE

If you would like complimentary gift wrapping please leave a comment at checkout and or email us hello@bravecreative.co.nz We are happy to write a special message or fill out a card to go with the gift. If the gifts are for different recipients let us know so I can label them accordingly.  

Returns

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the product/s. For full price items, we will either exchange it or provide a store credit, provided that the product/s are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging and receipt. For final sale items, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds, unless the product is faulty.

Faulty Products

If you think the item you have received may be faulty, we would be happy to assess the item and provide a solution in the form of a repair, replacement or refund.
